1.0 PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

1.1 All Sales are Final

All sales of our digital products and services are final. No refunds will be issued, as this policy ensures fairness to all users and helps maintain the integrity and sustainability of our offerings. 1.2 Lifetime Access and One-Time Payments

Purchases for lifetime access or any “one-time payment” plans are non-refundable. Once the sale is completed, these purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued.

1.3 Refunds for Yearly Subscription Renewals

We offer refunds specifically for auto-renewals of yearly subscriptions if requested within the first 72 hours of billing. After 72 hours, no refunds will be processed. It is important to note that Bestindicators Trading is not obligated to provide refunds after 7 days, including cases where the customer forgot about the auto-renewal of their subscription. Managing your subscription is your sole responsibility.

1.4 Refund Processing

To request a refund for eligible cases, contact us at support@bestindicators.net. We will review and process refund requests within 14 business days. Once processed, refunds generally take 5-7 business days to appear in your bank account. Bestindicators has sole discretion to accept any customer dispute claim therefore any refunds are at our discretion. If Bestindicators accepts the claim it will issue a credit back to your account or credit your credit card for the accepted claim and accepted claim amount.

2.0 CUSTOM CODING SERVICE: NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

2.1 Custom Coding Agreement

Custom coding services are initiated through email correspondence, with project time estimates provided as rough guidelines. Due to the complex and dynamic nature of coding, any agreed-upon deadlines are flexible. We reserve the right to adjust development timelines to ensure the functionality and quality of the code delivered.

2.2 Progress Updates

Our team will regularly update you on the progress of your custom coding project. However, once a custom coding service sale is completed, it is final and non-refundable. This policy allows us to allocate the necessary resources to deliver high-quality, customized coding solutions.

3.0 ACCESS TO OUR PRODUCTS

3.1 Digital Access via our website.

Our products are fully digital and accessed through Website. To gain access, you must have a valid Website account or log in as a guest by providing your email address and mobile number (OTP may be required at times to log in). After making a purchase, it is your responsibility to provide us with the necessary details (e.g., Website username, receipt, or transaction ID) via email so that we can grant access to the product.

3.2 Customer Responsibility

If the required details are not provided, Bestindicators cannot grant access. It is your responsibility to supply the correct Website username and transaction details via email. Once these details are received, access will be granted within 72 hours. If we do not receive the information, your membership may auto-renew until a cancellation request is made.

3.3 Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback or chargeback threat, once you have provided the necessary details (e.g., Website username, email address and mobile number), this serves as proof that access was granted, we shall review your chargeback request and get back to you accordingly, if we find that the chargeback is ill intended and baseless in nature we hold the right to refuse the chargeback, the final decision will be ours.
